HyperNuo
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains how HyperNuo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website, play our games, or contact us. It covers games that link to this policy. The information processed depends on the game, the services it uses, your region, and your privacy choices. A game-specific notice, where provided, supplements this policy.
1. Information we process
- Information you provide. If you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include.
- Device and technical information. Our games and their service providers may process device model, operating system, language, app version, IP address, device or app identifiers, and crash or performance reports. An IP address may be used to estimate a general location, such as a country or region.
- Game activity. Depending on the game, information may include sessions, progress, interactions, and diagnostic events used to operate and improve the experience.
- Advertising information. Advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, ad impressions, ad interactions, approximate location, and consent or opt-out choices, subject to applicable permissions and law.
This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting services may process routine request logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access times, to deliver and secure the website.
2. How information is used
We use relevant information to run our games and website, maintain game progress where supported, fix errors, understand performance, respond to messages, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our games are supported by advertising. Advertising-related information may be used to deliver ads, measure their performance, limit repetition, and, where permitted and with consent when required, personalize them.
3. Advertising and third-party services
Games may integrate third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or hosting services. These providers may receive information from the app through software development kits (SDKs) and similar technologies. Advertising partners may combine it with information from other apps or services, subject to their notices, your choices, and applicable law.
The providers and data practices can differ between games and versions. Where applicable, the game’s additional privacy disclosures or consent interface identify its partners and their privacy policies. Providers may process information on our behalf or for their own purposes, as described in those disclosures.
Choosing non-personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all data processing. Limited information may still be needed to deliver ads, measure performance, or prevent fraud. Device access and tracking remain subject to required consent and permissions.
4. When information is shared
Information may be shared with the service providers described above as needed for their functions, with professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or with authorities when legally required. It may also be disclosed to protect people, prevent abuse, or establish or defend legal claims. If our business is reorganized, merged, or transferred, relevant information may be transferred subject to applicable privacy protections.
Disclosures for personalized advertising may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for the information. Applicable opt-out rights are described below.
5. Legal grounds
Where European or similar data protection laws apply, we rely on the legal ground relevant to the activity: providing a service you request, our legitimate interests in maintaining and securing our services, compliance with legal duties, or your consent. Consent is sought for advertising personalization and device access where required. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
6. Your choices and rights
You can use your device’s privacy and advertising settings to manage tracking permissions and advertising identifiers. Where a game offers privacy or consent controls, use them to review or change your choices. The available controls depend on your device, region, and game.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Where required, recognized opt-out preference signals are treated as an opt-out for the context in which they are received.
To make a request, use the contact details in the Contact section below. Include the game name and the nature of your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. An authorized agent may act for you where permitted. We respond within the applicable legal time limit and do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If a request is denied, you may ask us to review that decision and, where applicable, appeal it.
Uninstalling a game removes local app data in accordance with your device’s behavior, but does not automatically delete information already held by us or our providers.
7. Retention, security, and international processing
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including operating a service, resolving support requests, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, its use, and legal requirements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified, subject to legitimate backup or legal retention needs. Independent providers apply their own disclosed retention practices.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, international transfers use appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. You may contact us to ask about applicable safeguards.
8. Children’s privacy
The intended audience and age suitability of a game are described in its listing and any game-specific notice. Where child privacy laws apply, personal information must be handled with the protections they require, including parental consent where necessary. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information improperly can contact us to request review and deletion.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated, and additional consent obtained, where required by law.
